What you would expect from an important and influential producer such as Jadot. Classic Chablis style with concentration on the palate allied to crisp citrus acidity and a touch of minerality to finish. A very nicely put together wine which has lots to commend it.

Vinified and aged in a well-judged combination of used oak and stainless steel, giving both freshness and depth to the palate. Nose of citrus, buttered toast and lemon cough drops. More toasty citrus on the rounded palate, with a creamy texture that’s balanced by poised acidity for a fresh finish. A great food wine.

This is a robust Beaujolais that holds its own. Deep-purple in color, this wine has a perfumed nose of black plum, blackberry, dried violet blossom and dried black cherry. Additional notes of forest floor and hay reveal themselves on the palate, which is concentrated with a slightly velvety texture.

This translucent and straw-colored Chardonnay opens with a mild bosc pear and almond bouquet hints of wet stone. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a crisp green apple and chalky minerality blend with notes of mild pineapple and bosc pear. I also detected hints of saline and chamomile tea. The finish is dry and refreshing.
