These grapes were discovered in Aramon in Southern France, where the vineyards are mainly planted on granite slopes located around Lyon with East and South East exposures. Their roots are firmly anchored in granitic igneous rocks, giving this wine its great character. Grapes from specific plots are selected for their perfect ripeness.

Harvest Note
2019 brought excellent concentration, with good growing conditions for most of the season and very little hail. Some late rain led to mildew in some vineyards that reduced yields, but the overall quality of the harvest is very good.
Tasting Note
Brilliant light pink color. Intense scents of raspberries, strawberries and redcurrants with hints of grapefruit and a bright, floral finish. Fresh and lively on the palate with complex red berry and citrus flavors and a lovely, fruity, rounded finish.
Food Pairing
This sophisticated wine is ideal with shellfish, salads, and berry-based dishes or as an aperitif between friends on a warm summer evening.
