Situated in the south of the Côte de Beaune, Chassagne-Montrachet is one of the five villages that make up the prestigious Côte des Blancs. At altitudes varying from 250 to 350 meters, the vineyards benefit from exposures ranging from east to south and southwest and the wine comes mainly from marly limestone soils. After a long fermentation in tanks, the wine is aged in barrel before bottling.
