This wine is a blend of grapes from our Maule vineyards with vines over 60 years old. The vines are located in a unique area with high thermal amplitude with ocean breezes flowing next to the Andes mountain range. These vines have naturally low yield, producing grapes of high quality and authenticity. After being carefully selected in the vineyard, the grapes are fermented in concrete cubes and left to macerate for 25 days, before being placed in French Oak barrels to age for 9 months.
