Harvest Note
Grapes are harvested and pressed in Cafayate and then transported to the winery in Mendoza via refrigerated trucks. Alcoholic fermentation begins and is continuously controlled at low temperatures to maximize production of fermentative aromas. Malolactic fermentation is not carried out in order to preserve acidity and fresh aromas.
Tasting Note
Pale yellow, clean and bright. Intense tropical, floral and citrus aromas. Lemon peel tangerine, lychee, jasmine and acacia.
