Pinot Gris from the flat alluvial gravel vineyards surrounding the winery. Ideal full sun exposure ensures that these wines are very ripe, opulent and fruit-driven.

Tasting Note

Typical white flower notes (acacia, peonie) dominate the aromas, sleek and energetic presence on the palate with a moderately long dry finish.

Food Pairing

Perfect as an aperitif, or with casual summer cuisine – composed salads, grilled vegetables, sauteed flat fish with salt & pepper.
