One of the 24 Premier Cru vineyards of the commune of Chambolle-Musigny, Les Fuées has chalky soil over hard bedrock and an eastern exposure. This Pinot Noir wine is fermented in vats for up to 4 weeks, and then aged for 18 to 20 months in oak barrels before bottling.

Tasting Note

This is a feminine wine, elegant and delicate with fine tannins and fruity, spicy aromas and flavors. It has a great aging potential: 15 to 20 years in the bottle.

Food Pairing

Pairs perfectly with filet mignon, game and strong cheeses such as Reblochon.
