Bouvet Ladubay sources its fruit from more than 100 plots in the Loire Valley, obtaining the best quality at every harvest through its long-standing relationships with winegrowers. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, then the wines are blended and the cuvée is bottled for the second fermentation, following the traditional method. The result is a round and robust sparkling red wine made from 100% Cabernet Franc.

Tasting Note

Bright and shimmering cherry red color. Peony pink foam. Delightful aromas of ripe red berry fruits. The fine tannins are well balanced by a refreshing sparkle and the demi-sec (medium-dry) dosage.

Food Pairing

Perfect as an after-dinner digestif, with fruity or chocolate desserts, or by itself.
