Chip Dry & Tonic
Tasting Note

Pale, straw color. Delicate nose combining fresh fruit fragrances with the mellow aromas and hints of oak of a traditional white port. Fresh, lively palate, with good flavor and crisp, dry finish.

Suscol Springs Cabernet Sauvignon
Tasting Note

A complex nose of blackberry, fresh boysenberry, and violet. On the palate, layered, fresh expressions of blackberry, boysenberry, and black cherry are balanced by fresh acidity and supported by a firm tannic structure. The finish reveals a hint of minerality underlying the deep, dark fruit.

Limited Selection Chardonnay (unoaked)
Tasting Note

This wine, aged in concrete eggs and stainless steel tanks, is lemon-yellow in color with glints of green. The nose shows great fruit expression, with aromas of ripe peach, pineapple, and tropical fruit. There was no malolactic fermentation, so the palate is very fresh, with balanced acidity and good body. The finish is crisp and delightful.
