Illicit Cabernet is sourced from premium California growing locations which showcase high quality grapes from Paso Robles and Central California.  These premium growing locations have the ideal climate for Cabernet Sauvignon, allowing for the grapes to achieve optimal ripeness and express their bold personality.

Produced from a third generation winery that cares deeply for the vineyards they own, crafting not only premium wines but also organic rasins and table grapes since 1982.  The family takes pride in caring for their grape vines from the cradle to the grave.  A portion of the vines producing grapes for Illicit Cabernet are sourced from the family-owned nursery before being cultivated in estate vineyards under the Californian sun.
